Hamilton, Bermuda:  19 April 2024 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Series 35 - Issue 076, £925,000 - 8.00% Notes Due 19 April, 2024.

Redemption of Sema Lease UK Limited Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 19^th April 2024 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on 19^th April 2024 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP925,000 - Series 35 - Issue 76– 8.0% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
