Hamilton, Bermuda:  May 1, 2024 – Resilience Re Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of the following securities listed on the BSX:

 

Resilience Re Ltd - Principal At-Risk or Zero Coupon Note Program

Resilience Re Ltd – Series 1711A - Discounted Zero Coupon Participating Notes Due 1 May 2024

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the programme and note pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Wednesday, 1 May 2024.
