Eden Re Ltd.  is an exempted company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on 5 December 2014 with company number 48462 and with registered office address at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda. The Company was registered on 13 December 2013 as a special purpose insurer (SPI) under the Insurance Act 1978, as amended, and also registered on 12 December 2013 as a segregated accounts company under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000, as amended (SAC Act).

The Series 2014-1 Notes are linked to the segregated account establish by the Issuer and designated as “Series 2014-1”. The business of the Issuer acting in respect of the Segregated Account consists solely of activities related to the issuance of the Series 2014-1 Notes and the performance of its obligations under a reinsurance agreement.
