The Issuer, Tradewynd Re Ltd., is a Bermuda exempted company licensed as a special purpose insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended, and owned by a Bermuda purpose trust.

The Series 2014-1 Notes are being offered pursuant to the Confidential Offering Circular and Confidential Offering Circular Supplement #3.  The Series 2014-1 Notes are not and will not be listed on any other stock exchange.

The "Series 2014-1 Notes"), are exposed to Named Storm Events and Earthquake Events on a per occurrence basis during the Risk Period.
