The Issuer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Spark Energy Limited and part of the Spark Energy group of companies. The Spark Energy Group is privately owned by over 150 shareholders and commenced operations as an energy supply business in 2007.

The Issuer issued a total principal amount of £2,000,000 bonds in one tranche.

The Bonds represent unsecured obligations of the Issuer, guaranteed by Spark Energy Limited, the principal operating entity within the Group. The proceeds of the Bond issue will be used by the Group for its general corporate purposes.
