CANADIAN ROYALTY FUNDING CORP. (“the Company”), was incorporated on April 8, 2015, under the Business Issuers Act (Ontario) (registration number 002461209), and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caldwell Financial Ltd. 

The Company has listed by way of Introduction 16,000 subscription receipts (“Subscription Receipts”) at a price of $1,000 per Subscription Receipt (“Subscription Receipt Offering Price”), subject to a minimum investment of CAD$25,000 per investor. 

Marketing of the issuance outside of Canada will be restricted to Qualified Investors and marketing inside of Canada will be restricted  to Accredited Investors.

Subscription receipts covert to 250 CAD$0.25 Warrants & CAD$1,000 Debentures per subscription receipts. 

3 June 2015 6,542 Subscription Receipts were converted to 1,635,500 Warrants.
