Los Angeles, California, June 6, 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Apollo Enterprise Solutions, Ltd. (“AES” or “The Company”; Tickers: AES.BH & OAL.GR), announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the investment of up to€500,000 at a price not to exceed €1.00 per equity share. Between May 2017 and April 2018, the Company effected the purchase of 256,934 shares for €25,874.

The authorized share repurchase program represents less than 2% of the Company’s overall listed securities and is being implemented to maintain support for the Company’s shares in the market place in Frankfurt. The Company may commence repurchases pursuant to this share repurchase program effective May 28, 2018.
