Redemption of Sema Lease UK Limited-Series 11-Issue 026-£180,000-7% Notes due 15 July 2018

Hamilton, Bermuda – July 16, 2018 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms as of 15 July 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GB£180,000 – Series 11 - Issue 26 - 7% Notes, the said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
