Redemption of Sunbird Business Services Limited - UK Unsecured Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 17 July 2018 – Sunbird Business Services Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption and/or conversion in accordance with their terms as at 13 July 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed, US$250,000 Series 3D 14% Notes due 13 July 2018 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
