SCISYS - Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Hamilton, Bermuda: July 17, 2018- In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) SCISYS PLC, an AIM listed company whose Secured Loan Note Programme is listed on the BSX,announced transaction in own shares and total voting rights.  The full filing stated:

Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that an employee  has today exercised 10,000 options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares” and the “Exercise”). The Exercise is being satisfied by the transfer of Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

SCISYS also announces that it has today bought back 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 187.1 pence per Ordinary Share being the 5 day average closing price of an Ordinary Share (the “Purchase”).

Following the Exercise and Purchase, the total number of voting rights in the Company remains unchanged at 29,489,991 (excluding the 17,167 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may then be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
