BSX is now the Aurum Funds’ Primary Exchange

Hamilton, Bermuda – August 9, 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX), the directors of the following Aurum funds announced that they have applied to Euronext Dublin to delist the Shares of the Funds.

Aurum Isis Institutional Sterling Fund Ltd

Aurum Isis Sterling Fund Ltd

Aurum Isis Swiss Franc Fund Ltd

Aurum Managed Dollar Portfolio Ltd

Aurum Managed Euro Portfolio Ltd

Aurum Managed Sterling Portfolio Ltd

Aurum Managed Swiss Franc Portfolio Ltd

Aurum Multi Strategy Dollar Fund Ltd

Applications have been made for the Shares of the Funds to be removed from the Official List of Euronext Dublin and from trading on the Main Securities Market of Euronext Dublin, and the Euronext Dublin has agreed that the Shares have been delisted with effect from August 9, 2018.

The Bermuda Stock Exchange will now assume of the role of Primary Exchange of the above noted funds.
