Hamilton, Bermuda – August 13, 2018 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of July 2018 the company repurchased 5,769 of its common shares at an average price of $2.90 for immediate cancellation.
