Redemption of Sema Lease UK Limited-Series 12-Issue 029-£45,000-7% Notes due 22 September 2018

Hamilton, Bermuda – 24 September 2018 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”) announces the redemption and voluntary de-listing Sema Lease UK Limited-Series 12-Issue 029-£45,000-7% Notes due 22 September 2018.  Sema Lease UK Limited filed the following:

Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 22nd September 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP £45,000 Series 12 - Issue 29, 7% Notes due 22 September 2018 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
