Hamilton, Bermuda – 28 September 2018 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”) announces the redemption date of the Series B 3F 14.00% Unsecured Notes, originally due 22^nd September 2018, that form a part of the Company’s Loan Note Instrument Constituting up to US$10,000,000 14% Fixed Rate Unsecured Loan Notes (the ‘Instrument’), has been extended until May 1, 2019 in accordance with the terms of the Instrument.
