Somers Limited - Share Repurchase for September 30, 2018

Hamilton, Bermuda – October 10, 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somersthe “Company” or the “Group”); Ticker: SOM.BH, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of September 2018, Somers purchased 1,500 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $16.25 per share. These Shares have been cancelled.

The number of common shares in issue as at September 30, 2018 was 20,058,261 (net of nil treasury shares).
