Somers Limited - Share Repurchase for October 31, 2018

Hamilton, Bermuda – November 9, 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somers the “Company” or the “Group”); Ticker: SOM.BH, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of October 2018, Somers purchased 644 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $16.00 per share. These Shares have been cancelled.

The number of common shares in issue as at October 31, 2018 was 20,057,617 (net of 644 treasury shares).
