Redemption of Sunbird Business Services Limited - UK Unsecured Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 19th November 2018 – Sunbird Business Services Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption and/or conversion in accordance with their terms as at 17th November 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed, US$1,400,000-Series B 3G-14% Unsecured Notes due 17th November 2018 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
