Redemption of Sema Lease UK Limited Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 19th November 2018-: Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 19th November 2018 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GB£100,000-Series 13-Issue 31, 7% Notes due 19 November 2018 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
