Government of Bermuda Repurchase US$200,000,000 of it’s 4.854% Senior Notes due 2024.

Hamilton, Bermuda – November 21, 2018 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange the Government of Bermuda confirmed that it has repurchased US$200,000,000 of its 4.854% Senior Notes due 2024 (the ”Notes”) effective November 20, 2018.

The Government of Bermuda further advises that the repurchase of US$200,000,000 of its 4.854% Senior Notes due 2024, consisted of US$116,587,000 RegS - 4.854% Senior Notes due 2024, and US$83,413,000 Rule144A - 4.854% Senior Notes due 2024.

Following the repurchase, the Government of Bermuda has US$550,000,000 outstanding of the Notes.

The cancellation and withdrawal of the US$200,000,000 of Notes was effective as of November 20, 2018.
