Ascendant Group Limited - Share Repurchase November 2018

Hamilton, Bermuda – 10 December 2018 –  In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Ascendant Group Limited (the "Ascendant Group" or “Company”; Ticker: AGL.BH) advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of November 2018 the company repurchased 121,861 common shares at an average price of $17.  The Company advised the repurchased shares have been reserved for issuance.
