Ascendant Group Limited - Share Repurchased 1 February 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda –04 February 2019 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Ascendant Group Limited (the "Ascendant Group" or “Company”; Ticker: AGL.BH) advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, the company repurchased 20 common shares at an average price of $17.00 on 1 February 2019.  The Company advised the repurchased shares will be cancelled.
