Butterfield: Share Repurchases for January 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda:  04 February 2019 –In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (the “Bank”; Ticker: NTB.BH) today advised that during the month of January 2019, the Bank purchased for Treasury 420,000 Common Shares at an average price of $33.72 per share.
