Hamilton, Bermuda – 06 February 2019 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of January 2019 the company repurchased 31,935 of its common shares at an average price of $3.00 for immediate cancellation.
