TPP International Ltd.: Cancellation

Hamilton, Bermuda – 15 February 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announces the immediate cancellation of TPP International Ltd. (Ticker:  TPP.BH) from listing on the BSX for failing to meet on-going obligations under the BSX Listing Regulations : Section IIIA 6.19.
