Hamilton, Bermuda – 4 April 2019 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: JSHBD.BH) announced publication of 2018 annual report and notice of annual general meeting.  The filing stated:

Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited (the 'Company') has today published on the Company's website, www.jardines.com, its Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31st December 2018 (the 'Annual Report'). The notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting is also being made available on the website.

A printed copy of the Annual Report, together with the notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting and form of proxy, are today being posted to shareholders.
