Ascendant Group Limited - Share Repurchase March 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda – 5 April 2019 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Ascendant Group Limited (the "Ascendant Group" or “Company”; Ticker: AGL.BH) advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of March 2019 the company repurchased 60,908 common shares at an average price of $20.  The Company advised all 60,908 shares have been cancelled.
