Redemption of Sunbird Business Services Limited - UK Unsecured Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 12 April 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing of Sunbird Business Services Ltd - Series B 3H Unsecured Convertible 14 % Notes Due 16 March 2019.  Sunbird Business Services Ltd filed the following release:

Sunbird Business Services Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption and/or conversion in accordance with their terms as at 16th March 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed, US$1,300,000-Series B 3H-14% Unsecured Notes due 16th March 2019 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
