One Communications Ltd. Announces Dividend

Hamilton, Bermuda – 18 April 2019 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), One Communications Ltd. announced a dividend.  The filing stated:

One Communications is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.08 per share.  The dividend is payable on May 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2019.

Mr. Frank Amaral, the Company’s CEO, stated:  “Since the 2016 transaction, the Company has invested over $90 million in its networks, and has greatly improved the suite of services we offer.   As a result, we continue to see positive results and are pleased to return to more regular dividend payments.”
