Hamilton, Bermuda:  January 2, 2024 – Kilimanjaro III Re Limited (the “Company”) advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Series 2019-1 Class B-1 PAR VR Notes due December 19, 2023.

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed  and extended the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing and extension is effective today Tuesday, 2 January 2024.
