The Company is incorporated in Bermuda and is structured as a close-ended fund, with a minimum initial subscription for shares by an investor of US$250,000.

The investment objective of the Company is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in shares issued by Chilean small - and medium - sized companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its objective by investing primarily in companies that have a market capitalization less than the equivalent of US$500 million and that are listed on a Chilean stock exchange or are expected to be listed through initial public offerings or privatizations.
