The FMG Rising 3 Fund Ltd. - Class B GBP Class was incorporated in Bermuda on 1 April 2006, and is currently registered as a public fund in that jurisdiction.

The investment strategy of the Fund is that the fund's assets will be initially invested in securities which may be listed or unlisted, rated or unrated in China, India & Russia. The assets will be diversified among various managers with different investment styles, aiming to lower risk and volatility.
