Gemfields Group Limited (formerly Pallinghurst Resources Limited) (the “Company”) is incorporated in Guernsey. The Company’s primary listing is on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and its secondary listing is on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. Up until 31 July 2017, the Company was a specialist natural resources investment holding company but now the Company’s main objective is to carry on the business of an operating mining company.
