The Company is the holding company of a property development group, whose projects are located in New South Wales, Australia. The Groups primary focus is the development of a chain of retirement villages in New South Wales, however it also has significant interests in residential developments. In addition, it also has interests in a shopping centre.

Further to the listing suspension announcement of 09 June, 2011, the BSX cancelled the listing of both the Ordinary shares (Ticker: CPP.BH) and the Class A shares (Ticker: CPPA.BH) of the Company effective 11 August, 2011. The Listing cancellation was effected for non-payment of listing fees under the BSX Regulations, Sec I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24(1) & (4).
