The FMG India Fund Ltd. was incorporated on 17 February, 2004. The Fund is a Bermuda Standard Scheme that places the Fund's assets with independent investment managers mainly located in countries outside North America and Western Europe. The Fund's assets will initially be wholly invested in India.   The Fund commenced business on 1 March, 2004.
