The Company was incorporated  27 January 2011 in the British Virgin Islands as an open ended investment company organised in a similar manner to an open ended unit trust; it is structured to make its investments through an investment company GAM FCM Cat Bond Investments Inc. The investment objective is to generate returns through selective investment in a global portfolio of insurance linked securities (ILS).
