The Issuer was incorporated as an exempted limited company on 18 November 2013 with company registration number 48396. Its registered office is located at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM12, Bermuda. Effective 4 December 2013, the Issuer was registered as a Special Purpose Insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978 and related regulations, as amended.
