The Series 2014-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes are exposed to the perils of Named Storms affecting the Subject Business in the Covered Area on an annual aggregate basis during the Risk Period.

The l market capitalization of the Series 2014-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes is US$400 Million. The Notes will be issued in United States currency, and in minimum denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
