The 600 Group Public Limited Company (the “Company”) is quoted on AIM (SIXH) and is a diversified engineering group with three principal areas of activity pursued through three wholly owned subsidiaries being 600 UK Limited, Clausing Industrial, Inc. and Electrox Laser Limited.  The 600 Group was founded in 1834 and takes its name from the early head office address at 600 Commercial Road in East London.

The Company established a £8,500,000 Secured Second-Ranking Loan Note Programme on 14 February 2015 (the “Programme”) and has issued two tranches of loan notes (“Notes”) pursuant thereto. On 18 February 2015, £6,739,000 of the Notes were issued, and on 17 March 2015, £955,000 of the Notes were issued, (together, the "Initial Issue"). Notes issued are due for redemption on 14 February 2020.
