SONS Investments Ltd (the “Fund”) is a British Virgin Islands ("BVI") business company, incorporated under the provisions of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004, as amended and registered on May 5, 2016 (Registration Number 1913100). SONS Investments Ltd is recognised as an “Approved Fund” under the Securities and Investment Act 2010 as amended of the laws of the BVI. The Fund, being an “Approved Fund” will be limited to twenty investors, the Fund’s assets may not exceed the equivalent of $100,000,000 and it has an unlimited lifetime. The Fund is authourised to issue 40,000 Class A Preference Shares, 9,000 Class B Ordinary Shares and 1,000 Management Shares.

The Fund listed 10,000 Class A non-voting redeemable preference shares of par value equivalent in ZAR of US$1.00
