IBIM Africa Holdings (IAH) Limited (the “Issuer”) is an investment holding company incorporated in Bermuda on 1 November 2016, under Registration Number 51975, having its registered office located at Belvedere Building, 69 Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke HM 08, Bermuda.

The Issuer has an authorized share capital of US$50,000, consisting of 1,000 shares of $.001 par value Class A Voting Shares (the Class A Voting Shares) and 49,999,000 shares of $.001 par value Class B Non-voting Shares (the Class B Non-voting Shares).  Only the 10,000,000 issued Class B Non-voting, fully paid shares are listed on The Bermuda Stock Exchange.
