(the “Issuer”), is a Bermuda exempted company (number 48012) incorporated on 30 September 2013 with limited liability, registered as a special purpose insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, and related regulations, as amended, and owned by a Bermuda purpose trust. The $75,000,000 Class B Notes are exposed to the risks of U.S. named storms, U.S. earthquakes, Canadian earthquakes, U.S. severe thunderstorms, European windstorms, Australian tropical cyclones and Australian earthquakes.
