The LOM Fixed Income Fund CAD (the “Fund”) is a class of non-voting redeemable participating Shares (the “Class”) established by LOM Funds SAC Ltd. (the “Company”) for investment by prospective investors. The Fund is a segregated account of the Company established pursuant to the Bermuda Companies Act 1981 (as amended), and registered under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000 (as amended).

Investment Objective:
The primary Investment Objective of the Fund is to achieve above-average long-term absolute returns while controlling risk through an effective program of diversification when considered prudent. The overall investment approach of the Fund is to provide a conservative approach to investing. Accordingly, the Fund will pursue an asset allocation strategy with an emphasis on fixed income securities.
