Panthera Re Limited (the “Issuer”) is registered as a segregated accounts company under the SAC Act and has been licensed as a Bermuda special purpose insurer effective as of 23 January 2018.  Each segregated account of Panthera Re may issue one or more Series of Notes, each of which may contain one or more Classes of Notes.
