Voussoir Re Ltd. was incorporated on January 16^th, 2019 and registered as (i) a special purpose insurer under the Insurance Act and (ii) as a segregated account company under the SAC Act. All of Voussoir Re’s issued and outstanding share capital is linked to its general account which is held in trust for charitable or similar purposes by Harbour International Trust Company Limited, as share trustee (the “Share Trustee”) of the Voussoir Re Purpose Trust (the “Purpose Trust”), pursuant to the Declaration of Trust.
