Sanders Re II Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company incorporated on 19 February 2019 No. 54437 under the laws of Bermuda and registered as a Special Purpose Insurer and Segregated Accounts Company in Bermuda. Its registered office is Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, HM 11, Bermuda and its principal office is c/o Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd., Aon House, 30 Woodbourne Avenue, Pembroke HM 08 Bermuda. Its issued share will be held pursuant to the terms of the Sanders Re II Purpose Trust by Conyers Trust Company (Bermuda) Limited as share trustee. The business of the Issuer will consist solely of the issuance of the Notes under the Program, and the entering into and performance of a reinsurance agreement and related agreements and activities as applicable.
