Limestone Re Ltd. (“Limestone Re”), acting on behalf of the Limestone Re Segregated Account 2020-1 (“Issuer”), was incorporated as an exempted company under the laws of Bermuda on October 26, 2016 under company number 51952. The Issuer is licensed as a special purpose insurer by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, effective 13 December 2016 under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978 and registered as a segregated accounts company under the Bermuda Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000.  The business of the Issuer will consist solely of the issuance of the Series 2020-1 Notes and entering into with the Ceding Company as defined in the Private Placement Memorandum. The Notes are exposed to property catastrophe perils.
