Kaith Re Ltd. is a Bermuda exempted company incorporated on 13 March 2002 with registration number 31713. Its registered office is at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton, HM12 Bermuda. The Issuer was registered as a Class 3 Insurer in Bermuda under the Insurance Act 1978, as amended (“Insurance Act”), on 1 January 2006, and as a segregated accounts company under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000, as amended (“SAC Act”) on 16 January 2006. The segregated account designated as “Seaside Re” was established on 21 December 2016. The bond is exposed to “US Risk”.
