Ancelltek Holdings Ltd., (the “Company”) was incorporated in England & Wales on 9 March, 2018. It acts as an intermediate holding company within the group structure of Staples Disposables Ltd, a privately-owned maker of disposable paper & hygiene products. Staples is in turn majority owned by Better All Round Ltd.

On 29 June 2022 the maturity of this note was extended from June 23 to December 31,2022.
