Fly Leasing Limited,(the “Issuer”) is a global lessor of modern generation, in-demand, fuel-efficient commercial jet aircraft. We are principally engaged in leasing commercial aircraft and engines under multi-year contracts to a diverse group of airlines around the world. As of June 30, 2023, our portfolio consisted of 65 commercial jet aircraft with 58 narrowbody passenger aircraft and seven widebody aircraft (including two freighters), as well as nine engines. Our portfolio consists exclusively of Boeing and Airbus aircraft, with 36 Boeing aircraft and 29 Airbus aircraft as of June 30, 2023. As of June 30, 2023, our aircraft were on lease to 32 lessees in 21 countries, with a weighted average remaining lease term for the portfolio of 5.6 years. The aircraft in our portfolio had a weighted average age of 10.4 years, as of June 30, 2023.
