Greater Bay Re Limited is a public company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong on June 23, 2021 and an insurer authorized to carry on special purpose business under section 8A of the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“IO”).  Its issued shares are held by Greater Bay Re Limited Charitable Trust (“Charitable Trust”) established pursuant to the terms of the declaration of trust dated June 22, 2021 and executed by Walkers Fiduciary Limited as share trustee (the “Share Trustee”).
